Guest presenter Katy Fisher, Leader in patient safety and registered nurse and Kayleigh Barnett, Head of Continuous Improvement, Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust both have a wealth of knowledge and expertise in this field. Kayleigh has authored the book ‘Appreciating Health and Care: A practical appreciative inquiry resource for the health and social care sector’ and they both host the podcast Caring Corner.
