About QI week
QI Week is an annual event dedicated to celebrating and promoting Quality Improvement (QI).
During this week, healthcare organisations will hold local events and national online sessions to share learning, showcase improvement projects, discuss QI tools and methodologies, and connect with others passionate about improving patient care, staff experiences, and outcomes.

NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Improving Together Conference, 16 September 2026
If you’ve managed to secure a space at this fully booked event, be sure to join Q Managing Director Penny Pereira for her morning session on ‘Co production, lived experience, collaboration and working in partnership’. She’ll be focusing on what needs to come together for effective improvement.
