During this event you will have opportunity to hear from, and see, some of the leading innovations in this clinical space. You’ll learn about the positive impacts these are having on patient outcomes, clinical workflows and economic returns in both primary and secondary care including:
- Lifelight: world first smartphone app, that requires no additional hardware, with class IIa classification for blood pressure measurement (device).
- SNAP2: optimising the management of blood pressure following hypertensive pregnancy to reduce cardiovascular risk (research programme).
- Suvera: a digital health company delivering proactive, clinician-led care for people with long-term conditions including hypertension (software platform).
This event aims to bring together those working clinically with commissioners, to instigate discussion and action to reduce the risk and improve the outcomes.
