About this event
Join the designers of the Collaborative Quality Improvement Practitioner programme as they share an update on the progress and pilot of the programme. The programme was previously called ‘Systems Improvement Practitioner’ and the name was changed based on significant community feedback.
This Q Exchange project set out to produce a free, open-access, off-the-shelf training product for people working to improve care across complex systems. This will include slidesets with notes, a participant handbook, delivery guidance, activity templates and more. The ambition is that all health and care providers adopt this programme to support colleagues to improve across boundaries.
The team are making huge progress, with a pilot of the first version of the programme currently taking place in London Northwest University Hospitals NHS Trust. They want to share the work so far and provide you with an opportunity to pilot the programme in your organisation or system.
Host
Hi I’m Sid. I work in quality improvement in the NHS with a lot of interest in systems thinking in QI, coaching improvement and patient safety improvement. I’ve worked in the acute and community setting and now work in a national role with NHS Elect.
I convene the “coaching improvement” and “PSIRF” groups for our community.
