About this session
Join Judy Rees for chance to meet and connect with others on the Clean Language journey, ranging from complete beginners who might be using the odd “What kind of X?” question, through to people who’ve been using Clean Language for years in a range of contexts. And that’s likely to help all of us to learn and develop the ways that we work.
In a recent survey by Saskie Dorman, people in health care described using Clean Language in several contexts, including face to face, by phone and online:
- Consultations with patients and families; clinic, ward rounds, home visits
- Carer support, including in bereavement
- Colleague support – individually and in groups
- Supervising junior doctors
- Teaching and tutorials
- Coaching – individually and in teams
- Organisational development
- Stakeholder meetings
