Getting the measure of good staff engagement in major change

How can we achieve staff engagement during a period of workforce pressures?

We’re taking an exciting new approach with our colleagues at THIS Institute and Thiscovery, to co-create a new measurement framework for improving staff engagement.

We want leaders and others to use our new framework in their everyday work, but we need the help of the improvement community to make the project a success.

The first survey task opens today – and we want to hear your experiences and thoughts on what good’ looks like to you! Later in the project, we’ll turn our co-produced definition of good staff engagement into usable measures that can help us navigate the challenges ahead.
