EQ cafe: Connecting with heart

Join our interactive EQ workshop to practice emotional intelligence together, and explore the role of connection as a way of listening to our emotions and those of others.

About this workshop

Do you feel connected — to others, to yourself, to your feelings, to your purpose? Especially in challenging times?

Research shows that connection is declining, limiting our effectiveness and wellbeing. Yet, at the same time, we face complex problems that require us to become more connected. And connecting starts with listening.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • What connection means and how it affects us and our wellbeing
  • How we can use listening to strengthen connection
  • How emotions and emotional intelligence can help us foster connection and improve our relationship.

This workshop is organised by Q’s Impact of Wellbeing at Work group and will be facilitated by Ilaria Boffa, Social Impact and Account Manager at Six Seconds.

Six Seconds is the world’s largest Emotional Intelligence network, with a vision to train the social and emotional skills of one billion people. Across Europe, through scientific research, training, consulting, and professional certification programs for assessment, proprietary models, and methodologies, it focuses on both the business sector and the social impact sector, with applications also in education, professional development, and life coaching.
