Data to decisions: Using staff experience feedback effectively

Learn from Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust’s local staff experience programme with a focus on their data collection, analysis and reporting

About this session

In 2018, Northumbria invested in the wellbeing of staff by developing an integrated and responsive staff experience programme. The aim of the programme was to understand the experiences and engagement levels of a diverse workforce and improve their experience through meaningful data-driven changes.

To date, the programme has experienced excellent levels of staff engagement with each local survey having in excess of 4000 responses. The Experience team is responsible for reporting performance at all levels of the Northumbria group and identifying any variation that exists between individual business units, subsidiaries, or teams.

Join us to hear the Northumbria Experience team provide an overview of their approach to analytics and reporting as well as gain insight into their recent reporting developments and their plans for the future.
