About this session
Developed by Andy Brogan, confirmation practices aim to create a more human-centred approach that foster trust, engagement, and continuous improvement within teams. These practices can be used around team agreements or roles and help to build psychological safety, accountability, and a shared sense of purpose.
Led by Helen Sanderson with Lyse Edwards, this session will:
- Introduce you to the principles of confirmation practices
- Explore five ways you can use them in the workplace
- Offer practical tips to introduce them in your own work
- Demonstrate how to coach them within one-to-ones
This event is hosted by the Communities of Practice online group.
All are welcome to join this session. If you’re curious to know more a bit about confirmation practice, check out this podcast by Helen Sanderson with Andy Brogan.
