About the session
Join us as we explore the evolution of our Network Weaving online group and shape its future.
With the launch of Q’s new website, we have a unique opportunity to reflect on our journey develop a strategy for our path ahead.
This session will provide updates on recent Community of Practice initiatives and introduce a suite of energising ideas for your networks. We’ll use Liberating Structures to co-design a visionary roadmap for our group. Bring your lunch, your ideas, and your enthusiasm as we collaboratively craft our shared future.
The session will cover:
- Something which helps bring joy!
- The launch of a curated suite of ideas designed to energise your networks
- A brief history of Q’s Network Weaving and Tools and Resources online groups
- The thinking behind the Community of Practice for Network Leaders
- A valuable opportunity to connect with others and use Liberating Structures and network weaving principles to explore where we go next as a group.
Who is the session for?
This session is designed for individuals involved in improvement projects that depend heavily on collaboration and relationship-building. It’s ideal for professionals who work with partners and stakeholders where participation is not mandatory but encouraged. Whether your work is in clinical practice within Health and Social Care, the third sector, or a community setting, this session will provide valuable insights and strategies for effectively engaging others, fostering strong partnerships, and leveraging voluntary participation.
We are particularly interested in members of the Network Weaving and Tools and Resources for Networks groups to come along and share ideas on how we can make our group space as valuable as possible.
