AHP QI Network: share and support network session

Struggling with resistance to change? Looking for a structured approach to make change stick? Join the AHP QI Network to explore how the BRIDGE framework could help.

About the event

Join the AHP QI network to hear about a new BRIDGE framework designed to help teams and managers tackle resistance to change and sustain quality improvement projects.

Guest presenter Kristin Moat is the AHP QI representative within Northumbria Improvement Team at the Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. He will share details of a new tool he has developed and an ask to support him to test it as they move from making it work on paper to practice.

Who should attend?

This session is aimed at North East & Yorkshire AHP quality improvement enthusiasts’ and wider AHP QI national network members – all with an interest in AHPs in QI are welcome!

The tool is suitable for both those leading change (such as project leaders) and those experiencing change (such as teams going through clinical or organisational transitions), making it a versatile tool for different quality improvement scenarios.
