We need your help to understand and improve our impact
Look out for our community-wide, Q member survey.
Between 2023–25, we have commissioned an in-depth evaluation of Q, to better understand our impact and how we can improve.
This evaluation is completely independent and is led by Picker, a health and social care research charity, in partnership with ResPeo and Healthcare Priority Solutions.
Picker will examine Q’s overall impact on members, their improvement work and on the wider health and care system.
Through a combination of interviews, surveys, workshops and desk research, Picker will draw together as much insight as possible.
This will help us better understand how we can put you, the community, at the centre of our work, and achieve impact at scale in the health and care system.
The findings will play a key role in informing the decisions about Q’s future strategic development beyond 2025.
To ensure these decisions are based on the best possible evidence, we need your help.
Keep an eye on your inbox
The first major step in this process is a community-wide member survey.
This explores your experience of Q; whether you have engaged with our offers; what benefits you might have gained and your assessment of Q’s overall impact.
The survey is being run independently, so you’ll have received an individual link directly from Picker on Monday 2 October 2023.
The survey will take 20 minutes, so feel free to grab a cuppa – but also remember you can save and come back to the survey if you need to.
‘Understanding your experience, whatever that has been, will enable us to continue developing a community that better drives positive change in health and care across the UK and Ireland.’
Your perspective is crucial in helping us build a complete picture of Q. We will share the findings with members in early 2024.
A second survey will be run in September/October 2024.
