Q insight survey 2020: the role of improvement during COVID-19
Share your experiences of how improvement has supported change throughout the pandemic in Q’s annual collective insight survey.
Every year, Q harnesses the collective insight of the community to explore a topical improvement challenge, drawing on the experiences and learning of members across the UK and Ireland.
This year’s survey focused on the role of improvement during COVID-19 – a pandemic that has shifted priorities across health and care, accelerating the pace of change in some services, grinding others to a halt.
The responses to the survey have helped build a clear picture of the role that improvement has played at this unprecedented time, informing our collective understanding of how improvement can support the community and national leaders’ to navigate the big challenges, opportunities and decisions ahead.
We will be sharing findings in November, including at the Q community event.
