Collaborative QI Practitioner Programme launch

Co-designing quality improvement across boundaries in health and care.

About this event

You are invited to the launch of the Collaborative QI Practitioner Programme (CQIP) – a new, co designed approach to developing quality improvement practitioners who can work confidently across boundaries in health and care. This programme has been 2 years in the making, and we are excited to share the resources with you.

During this interactive session, we will:

  • Share how the programme was shaped with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Highlight the thinking, evidence, and real world challenges that informed its design.
  • Introduce the final structure, content, and practical tools.
  • Offer a taster session/s to give you further insight into the programme topics.

The full programme is being released as a free, off the shelf’ resource that includes fully adaptable slides, a delegate workbook, delivery guidance and more, supporting the next generation of QI practitioners without starting from scratch.

Come ready to listen, question, and contribute. Whether you are a QI lead, improvement coach, practitioner, educator, or system leader, this session offers an opportunity to get ahead of the curve on a practical, collaborative programme designed to help improvement efforts thrive.

Please feel free to share this invitation with colleagues who may be interested.

Who should attend?

The Collaborative Quality Improvement Practitioner programme will offers free training resources to build QI capability locally. This event is open to everyone, but would be particularly useful for QI leads, improvement coaches, practitioners, educators, or system leaders.
