About this session
Following our 21-day Three good things journalling experiment kick off, this is an opportunity to share your experiences with others.
We will use these questions:
- Share an example of one of your best experiences doing appreciative journalling.
- What have you enjoyed the most about it?
- What changes have you noticed about yourself, your thinking, and your attitudes whilst journalling?
- What, if anything, will you continue with after this experiment?
No personal information from your journal needs to be shared.
