About this session

Following our 21-day Three good things journalling experiment kick off, this is an opportunity to share your experiences with others.

We will use these questions:

  • Share an example of one of your best experiences doing appreciative journalling.
  • What have you enjoyed the most about it?
  • What changes have you noticed about yourself, your thinking, and your attitudes whilst journalling?
  • What, if anything, will you continue with after this experiment?

No personal information from your journal needs to be shared.
