About this event
The theme for this year’s Q Scotland collaboration event is “Learning from successful change and strengthening relationships for high quality care”. It brings together individuals and organisations committed to improving the quality of care across Scotland. This event offers an opportunity to learn from proven approaches to change, share insights from successful initiatives, and build meaningful relationships that support sustainable, high quality care.
Please secure your place by 12 noon on Monday 2 March.
At this event Q Scotland aim to:
- Showcase practical improvement projects and alternative change methodologies.
- Identify ‘how’ we can optimise enablers of change for success.
- Strengthen cross-sector relationships that accelerate change.
- Shape the future direction/priorities of the Q Scotland community.
Matthew Hill, Q Team’s Head of Insight, will also join the event to share more on Q community’s new home at the NHS Confederation
Sessions
At this event, Q Scotland will be covering the following topics:
- Scottish Approach to Change, with Callum Alexander and Chamithri Greru, Healthcare Improvement Scotland.
- Patient Eco-system mapping, with Jonathan O’Reilly, Golden Jubilee, and Tom Inns, CoFink.
- Preventing falls in a care setting, with June McGill, Care Inspectorate and Matt Gallagher, Clackmannanshire & Stirling HSCP.
- Mental health in Mid Argyll, Kintyre and the Islands Network, with Hilda Campell, COPE Scotland.
- Reducing drug-related harm with proactive outreach, with Michelle Beattie, University of the Highland and Islands.
- The Q community’s new home at the NHS Confederation, with Matthew Hill, the Q Team.
