Creative Approaches to Problem Solving

Find out how our Creative Approaches to Problem Solving (CAPS) toolkit can help you find new ways to solve problems and collaborate effectively, then try one of the methods in a safe space.

About the workshop

Want to try and create change in a complex environment? Struggle to find engaging ways to solve problems and collaborate effectively with everyone involved? Then our creative approaches to problem solving toolkit could be what you need.

With 25 tried and tested methods our toolkit groups methods according to five objectives:

  • Gaining insight and input to help inform decision-making
  • Seeking new perspectives to spark alternative thinking
  • Reframing a problem to open up new ways of looking at it
  • Harnessing new ideas to brainstorm different solutions
  • Prioritising solutions to make decisions about how to move forward.

In this workshop we’ll explain more about our creative approaches to problem solving toolkit and you’ll have the chance to try a method out in a safe space.

Join us for a creative and fun online session, involving some out of the box thinking.
